Global Health Emergency Program

Our health emergency program caters for local, and international health crisis they include the COVID-19 Pandemic, Ebola. All funds and resources donated for this program is used to provide health related needs like Personal Protection Equipment, and Health Care equipment.

Economic Security

The Program mission is to improve the economic security of low –income working families working families by:

  • 1.   Promoting community understanding of the current issues and challenges facing low-income and working families (building awareness through data and convening people);
  • 2.   Convening and aligning service providers (capacity building, training and convening)
  • 3.   Investing in programs and services that will drive families and individuals in achieving and sustaining economic security (investing in best practices and collaborative funding).

College Dreams

It is designed to provide families with a safe, easy to access, trusted and no-cost opportunity to achieve college dreams.

The College Dream Program is to secure the dreams of children from low income families, and those who want a way out of poverty but their family background and history reduces or eliminates their access to finance and educational loans.

The program prides itself in ensuring every child can achieve their dreams beyond high school. The program runs by having a College Dream account with various colleges in the state of Texas, that way when a child can’t afford to go further with education, the fund kicks in to pay the tuition fees for any person on the program. That way the child, individual or person as a great start in life with low or minimal debt and will achieve all their dreams without worrying about college bills. It is developed in partnership between Ruby Heart Foundation and Texas Colleges.

Anti Child Abuse Program

This program functions to eliminate child abuse and reintegrate a child back to society after an abuse. The program achieves its aim when a child is the victim of sexual abuse, the program steps up, connecting families to psychological services and working with law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and other agencies to spare victims potentially re-traumatizing trips to the hospital or police station.

Animal Protection & Welfare Animals

This program is designed to to provide for a safe, permanent and loving home to exotic animals in need. CARE focuses on excellence in physical and emotional care, advocating animal welfare through education, and conducting minimally-invasive research that will improve living conditions for captive animal populations world-wide. . Our first priority is caring for the animals that are already here, but we are always willing to give a home to animals in need whenever we can. In addition to rescue and animal care, we are dedicated to advocating animal welfare and improving husbandry and veterinary practices through education and research.

AIDS/HIV Awareness

The program’s aim is to Improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS and to reduce the incidence of new infections through providing quality HIV education, outreach and testing to the community in a non-judgmental manner.

Breast Cancer Program

The Program’s mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

Heart and Cardiovascular Program

The program funds cardiovascular medical research educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke. The program’s core mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke

Anti-Drunk Driving

The program seeks to stop drunk driving, support those affected by drunk driving, prevent underage drinking, and strive for stricter impaired driving policy, whether that impairment is caused by alcohol or any other drug.

Home Program

The home program is about providing temporary housing to those who have an emergency and are homeless from eviction or other problems. This program prides its self as it brings relief to families to help them get back on their feet and make long-term plans for a successful future. The program will provide payment from a nights at a motel to a safe and affordable housing community.
