Last updated: 8 August 2026
Using this site
By using rhfi.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You may not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent or designed to mislead.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Donations
A donation is a gift. Once processed, it is applied to the designation you selected and, in most cases, cannot be returned. See our donation and refund policy for the circumstances in which we will make an exception.
Where you select "where needed most", we allocate your gift to the program with the largest unfunded gap at the time of allocation, and we publish that allocation.
Content and accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but figures relating to program funding, impact and allocation are indicative and are superseded by our audited annual report where the two differ.
All content on this site is owned by Ruby Heart Foundation or licensed to it, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
